Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Kappa Pay account, please follow the steps below.

1. Submit your request

Send an email to support@kappapay.com with the subject line “Account Deletion”.

Include the following information in your message:

  • Your Kappa account tag
  • The email address linked to your account

2. Verification

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and may contact you to confirm your identity. Please respond promptly to avoid any delays.

3. What happens next

After verification, your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

We will retain your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted, in line with our data retention policy.


We aim to process all deletion requests as quickly as possible and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
